Deep penetrating primer ANSERGLOB EG 69 GRUNT BIOSTOP is used to prevent appearing of fungi, lichens, mosses, yeasts and other microorganisms on mineral surfaces with strong water sorption as cement, lime-cement mortars and other surfaces. While deeply penetrating into the substrate the primer strengths it and increases the adhesion to the next coat, levels and decreases water sorption, increases waterproof and durability to atmospheric precipitation, reduces consumption of paint or wallpaper glue, provides level paint-ing of surface, ties the dust. Used For interior or exterior substrates. On infected surfaces deep penetrating primer ANSERGLOB EG 69 GRUNT BIOSTOP is used only after treatment by the emulsion ANSERGLOB ES 65. Deep penetrating primer ANSERGLOB EG 69 GRUNT BIOSTOP is ecologically friendly.
The Surface preparation is realized according to State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU – N B A.3.1-23:2013) and State Building Codes of Ukraine (DBN В.2.6-22-2001). Surface must be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from dust, grease, dirt, oil or emulsion paints. Before applying the primer fragile areas of the sub-strate should be removed.
Applied with the roller, brush or sprayer successively covering all the surface without a skip. Treated surface must be half-matte. Depending on the quality of the surface the primer could be applied in one or two layers by “wet on wet”. The surface is ready to use after 2-4 hours of application of the last layer. When applied avoid the drying of the primer and wash the hands and tools by water.
Note: Application should be complied at temperature above +5 °С and below +30 °С. All the mentioned recom-mendations are effective at temperature of +20 °С and air humidity of 60 %. Under the other conditions dry-ing time of the primer may be changed.
Consumption of primer is 0,15-0,16 L per m2 average.
