Starting plastering cement-lime gray mortar ANSERGLOB ВСТ 21 is used for machine plastering and also for traditional applying of the plaster mortar layer on dense, rigid substrates of heavy concrete, slag-concrete, clayite concrete, sawn limestone, ceramic and silicate bricks also on the cellular concrete (foam concrete, AAC, gas silicate and etc.).
Starting plastering mortar ANSERGLOB ВСТ 21 can be applied at interior and exterior surfaces, in industrial and residential areas. Cured plaster mortar is good substrate for the next application of finishing thinlayer coatings of cement, gypsum and acrylic compounds.
The surface preparation is realized according to State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU N B A.3.1-23:2013) and DSTU N B A.2.6-212:2016. The surface must be cleaned up from the dust, dirt, lime, grease, oil or emulsion paints. The surface irregularity till 5 mm must be leveled by the plaster mortar ANSERGLOB ВСТ 22, big irregularities – by the plastering mortar ANSERGLOB ВСТ 21. Before applying the plaster the substrates with strong water sorption must be treated by one of the deep penetrating emulsions ANSERGLOB and exposed for 4 hours. The substrates with low water sorption must be treated by adhesion emulsion ANSERGLOB EG 62 and exposed for 3-6 hours. Before applying the plaster mortar porous substrates must be abundantly wetted by water.
At machine application plastering mortar is served by mixing aggregate and applied by plastering nozzle on treating surface. At manual application it is thrown evenly on the wall with a bricklayer's trowel or shovel, after that it is leveled by feather edge. Finish leveling (sanding by plastic, styrene or wood float) is applied after beginning of curing of the mortar. Rest of the plastering mortar is required to gather and reuse again. If the surface is destined for cladding by the ceramic tiles, so it is not sanded, but only leveled. If the leveling is carried out in some layers, then the next one is over coated after curing the last one, but not earlier after 24 hours.

NOTE

If the bag is marked WINTER, the mortar of adhesive and reinforcing ANSERGLOB BCX 40 is used at a temperature more then 0 °C. During the period of gaining strength of the mortar, it is allowed to reduce the ambient temperature to -5 ° C. The base for the mortar should not be frozen. All the above recommendations are effective at a relative humidity of 60%. In other conditions, the time of peeling, setting and curing may change. When performing works, the facade must be protected from high humidity (rain, fog, snow).

The work should be performed at a temperature of + 50C to + 300C. All the above recommendations are effective at a temperature of + 200C and a relative humidity of 60%. In other conditions, the time of peeling, setting and curing may change. When performing works, the facade should be protected from direct sunlight, as well as high humidity (rain, fog).

Consumption of the mixture is 1,3 kg per m2 on 1 mm of layer.
In case of machine application dry mixture is mixed in the plastering machine at water consumption 0,3 kg per 1 kg of mixture. In case of manual application dry mixture must be poured into container with clear water according to ratio 0,26-0,28 liters of water per 1 kg of mixture (6,5-7 liters of water per 1 bag of 25 kg) when at the same time manually or mechanically mixed (by the drill on low revs) to obtain the kindred and elastic mass with required consistency. After exposing 5 min mortar mixture must be mixed again. Obtained mortar must be used during 1 hours. During the work constancy of mortar must be regulated by mixing but is not by adding the water.
