Starting plastering cement-lime gray mixture ANSERGLOB ВСТ 20 is used for basic leveling plastering layer on the dense, rigid surfaces of heavy concrete, slag-concrete, clayite concrete, sawn limestone, ceramic and silicate bricks and other materials (except cellular concrete). Starting plastering mortar ANSERGLOB ВСТ 20 can be applied at interior and exterior surfaces, in industrial and residential areas. Cured plaster mortar is good substrate for the next applications of finishing thinlayer coatings of cement, gypsum and acrylic compounds.
The surface preparation is realized according to State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU N B A.3.1-23:2013) and DSTU N B A.2.6-212:2016. The surface must structurally sound, cleaned up from the dust, dirt, lime, grease, oil or emulsion paints. Fragile areas of substrate must be thoroughly removed. Before applying the plaster the substrates with strong water sorption must be treated by one of the deep penetrating emulsions ANSERGLOB and exposed for 4 hours. The substrates with low water sorption must be treated by adhesion emulsion ANSERGLOB EG 62 and exposed for 3-6 hours. Porous substrates of slag-concrete, clayite concrete, sawn limestone does not require additional treatment. Before applying the plaster mortar the surface must be abundantly wetted by water.
Plastering mortar is thrown evenly on the wall with a bricklayer's trowel or shovel, leveled by feather edge and overwrites sanded by the float of styrofoam or wood. The rest of mortar is required to gather and should be reused again. If the leveling is carried out in some layers, then the next one is over coated after curing the last one, but not earlier then after 24 hours.

Note: Application should be complied at temperature above +5°С and below +30°С. All the mentioned recommendations are effective at temperature of +20°С and air humidity of 60%. Under the other conditions crusting, stiffening and curing time may be changed.

Consumption of the mixture is 1,6 kg per m2 on 1 mm of layer.
Dry mixture must be poured into container with clear water according to ratio 0,19 - 0,21 liters of water per 1 kg of mixture (4,75 - 5,25 liters of water per 1 bag of 25 kg) at the same time manually or mechanically mixed (by the drill on low revs) to obtain the kindred and elastic mass with required consistency. After exposing 5 min grouting mixture must be mixed again. Obtained mortar must be used during 2 hours. During the work consistency of mortar must be regulated by mixing but is not by adding the water.
