Interior finishing acrylic putty ANSERGLOB is used for putty filling and finish preparing of the mineral surfaces as cement-sand, cement-lime mortars (after 28 days, humidity less than 4%) gypsum mortars (hu-midity less than 1 %), concrete beds (after 3 months, humidity less then 4 %), etc. Interior finishing acrylic putty ANSERGLOB is highly recommended for the surfaces with low strength and high water sorption. It is not for use on the wood surfaces.
The surface preparation is realized according to State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU N B A.3.1-23:2013) and DSTU N B A.2.6-212:2016. Surface must be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from dust, lime, grease, dirt, oil or emulsion paints. While repair works and before applying the plaster fragile areas of the substrate should be thoroughly removed. The surface irregularity till 5 mm must be le-veled by the plastering mortar ANSERGLOB ВСТ 22, big irregularities – by the plastering mortar ANSERGLOB ВСТ 20. Before applied the putty gypsum and the surfaces with strong water sorption of cement-lime and cement-sand mortars is previously treated by the one of deep penetrating primers ANSERGLOB and exposed till full drying. The paint coatings and adhesive lime paints must be thoroughly removed in mechanical way or by the solvent and then the surface is treated by the one of deep penetrating primers ANSERGLOB. Interior finishing acrylic putty ANSERGLOB is applied no earlier than 4 hours after priming.
Before applied the bucket contents must be well mixed. Interior finishing acrylic putty ANSERGLOB is ap-plied on the surface by putty knife, trowel or stainless steel with the layer thickness 1-1,5 mm. Max. layer thickness of acrylic putty is no more than 4 mm. The next layer is applied only after full curing of the last one (min. 4 hours). Prepared dried surface is polished by abrasive mesh or paper (recommended grain - 150) and cleaned from the dust. The surface leveled by acrylic putty ANSERGLOB subsequently is suitable for application of decorative plasters or paints ANSERGLOB. The tools must be washed by water immediately after finishing work. Applying the putty in non-standard conditions or for other applications it is necessary to make trial or to consult with the manufacturer.
Do not use corrosive containers and tools.
Note: Application should be complied at temperature above +5 °С and below +30 °С. All the mentioned recom-mendations are effective at temperature of +20 °С and air humidity of 60 %. Under the other conditions crusting, stiffening and curing time may be changed. The acrylic putty is not recommended to use in the apartments, in which humidity will be more than 70 %. While applying the acrylic putty and after 24 hours the surface must be protected from the direct sun rays and wetting also from the influence of freezing temperatures.
Average consumption of the putty depends on the surface origin and is 1,5 kg per m2 at 1 mm layer.
