White decorative plaster ANSERGLOB TMB 120 “Kamintseva” grain size 1,5 mm; 2,0 mm (for paint overcoating) is used to create the decorative thinlayer plastering as interior as exterior walls of buildings and also in the exterior insulation finishing system ANSERGLOB. It is applied on any mineral substrates (cement, cement-lime, gypsum plasters and etc.).
The surface preparation is realized according to State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU N B A.3.1-23:2013) and State Building Codes of Ukraine (DBN В.2.6-22-2001). Surface must be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from dust, lime, grease, dirt, oil or emulsion paints. While repair works and before applying the plaster fragile areas of the substrate should be thoroughly removed. Surface irregularity till 4 mm must be leveled by finishing putty ANSERGLOB ВСТ 27, big irregularities of walls – by the plastering mortar ANSERGLOB ВСТ 20. Depending on water sorption surface must be treated by one of the deep penetrating primers ANSERGLOB and exposed required time for drying. To achieve the best result it is recommended to use primer ANSERGLOB EG 62.
Plaster is applied on the surface by stainless steel trowel which is held at an angle of 60 degrees to the surface. When the mortar stops sticking to the tool (5-10 minutes) the plaster is given the texture with a plastic float. While giving the texture the tool must be handed parallel to the surface. Application on the same surface must be provided continuously according to the rule "wet on wet", avoiding drying of rubbed layers before applying the next ones. In the case of application break masking tape along the line where you plan to stop working should be sticked, apply the plaster with the offset on the masking tape and give it the desired texture. Then immediately remove the masking tape with the remnants of fresh plaster. Just applied plaster is required to protect from rain and direct sun rays. After 3 days surface is ready for overcoating by water-based paints; after 7 days – by solvent-born paints.
Note: Application should be complied at temperature above +5 °С and below +30 °С. All the mentioned recommendations are effective at temperature of +20 °С and air humidity of 60 %. Under the other conditions crusting, stiffening and curing time may be changed. While applying the facade must be protected from the direct sun rays and also from the excess humidity (rain, fog).
Average consumption of plaster is :
1,5 mm –
2,0 mm –
3,0 kg/m2 ;
Dry mixture must be poured into container with clear water according to ratio 0,20-0,21 liters of water per 1 kg of mixture (5,0-5,25 liters of water per 1 bag of 25 kg) when at the same time manually or mechanically mixed (by the drill on low revs) to obtain the kindred mass. After exposing 5 min mortar must be mixed again and can be used during 2 hours.
