Decorative acrylic plaster ANSERGLOB “Kamintseva” grain size 1 mm; 1,5 mm; 2,0 mm is used to create the decorative thinlayer plastering as interior as exterior surfaces also as the finishing decorative coating in the exterior insulation finishing system ANSERGLOB. It is applied on any substrates as cement-sand, ce-ment-lime mortars (after 28 days, humidity less than 4%) gypsum mortars (humidity less than 1 %), concrete beds (after 3 months, humidity less then 4 %), etc. It is not recommended to use on the socle of the building.
The surface preparation is realized according to State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU N B A.3.1-23:2013) and State Building Codes of Ukraine (DBN В.2.6-22-2001). Surface must be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from dust, lime, grease, dirt, oil or emulsion paints. While repair works and before applying the plaster fragile areas of the substrate should be thoroughly removed. The surface irregularity till 3 mm must be le-veled by the finishing putty ANSERGLOB ВСТ 25, big irregularities – by the plastering mortar ANSERGLOB ВСТ 20. Before applied the decorative plaster solid and dense cement-sand and cement-lime mortars, concrete beds must be previously treated by the emulsion ANSERGLOB EG 62. The gypsum and surfaces with strong water sorption must be previously treated by the one of deep penetrating primers ANSERGLOB, and then must be treated by the emulsion ANSERGLOB EG 62 and exposed till full drying. The paint coatings and adhesive lime paints must be thoroughly removed and then the surface is treated by the emulsion ANSERGLOB EG 62. The coatings based on oil or synthetic paints must be removed in the mechanical way or by the solvent treatment then all the surface must be treated by the emulsion ANSERGLOB EG 62 and exposed not less then 3-6 hours.
It is recommended to use the emulsion adhesive ANSERGLOB EG 62 tinted in the similar color of the decorative plaster.
Before applied the bucket contents must be well mixed by the drill on low revs. The plaster is applied on the surface by stainless steel trowel which is held at an angle of 60 degrees to the surface. When the mortar stops sticking to the tool (5-15 minutes) the plaster is given the texture with a plastic float. While giving the texture the tool must be handed parallel to the surface. Application on the same surface must be provided conti-nuously according to the rule "wet on wet", avoiding drying of rubbed layers before applying the next ones. In the case of application break should be sticked masking tape along the line where you plan to stop work-ing, apply the plaster with the offset on the masking tape and give it the desired texture. Then immediately remove the masking tape with the remnants of fresh plaster.
Do not use corrosive containers and tools.
Note: The decorative plaster have been produced using of natural raw materials, because of it may contain dark crumbs or cracked crumbs. Too much action in giving the texture by the float may lead to the removal of pigment from the surface of the crumbs on the plaster tinted in the light colors. For identity of the facade color it is recommended to use one batch production. Applied plaster on the surface must be protected from atmospheric precipitation within 3 days. Application should be complied at temperature above +5 °С and below +30 °С. All the mentioned recommendations are effective at temperature of +20 °С and air humidity of 60 %. Under the other conditions drying time may be changed. While applying the facade must be pro-tected from the direct sun rays and also from the excess humidity (rain, fog).
