Adhesive mortar ANSERGLOB BCХ 45 PRO high elastic is used for indoors and outdoors cladding of surfaces which are affected by deformations (precipitation and dynamic stress), tile not more than 1.2*1.2 m, by all the tile types of natural, artificial and molding stone (except marble), nd also concrete, ceramic and glass non-transparent tiles. Adhesive mortar can be applied for cladding of pools and reservoirs, heating and monolithic floors, roofs, terraces, concrete, bricked, stoned, asbestos-cement and others surfaces. It is suitable for the floor systems with water and electrical heating. Adhesive mortar can be used for installing insulation boards of polystyrene, polyurethane and mineral wool. Adhesive mortar is effective at cladding the surface without removal old tiles by method “tile on tile”, painted with oil paints and enamels surfaces, if they have sufficient adhesion to the substrate. Not suitable for use on metal, polymer and wood surfaces. It can be used for facing stoves and fireplaces, if the surface temperature does not exceed + 80ºС.
Preparation of the surface according to DSTU - N B A.3.1-23: 2013 and DSTU-N B V.2.6-212: 2016. The base must be strong enough, free from dust, dirt, lime, oils, fats, wax, oily or emulsion paints. Remove fragile parts of the surface. Surface irregularity till 10 mm must be leveled by ANSERGLOB BCX 45 PRO high elastic adhesive mixture, lbig irregularities of walls – by the plaster mortar ANSERGLOB ВСТ 20, big irregularities of floors of by cement screed ANSERGLOB LFS 70. For low-absorbency surface, as well as surface for tiling "tile-on-tile" use ANSERGLOB EG 62 priming emulsion or ANSERGLOB EG 63 BETON KONTAKT primer. Chipboard and OSB surface must be mechanically cleaned and then processed with ANSERGLOB EG 62 priming emulsion or ANSERGLOB EG 63 BETON KONTAKT primer. Surface made of oil and polymer paints need to be roughen mechanicaly and then primed with ANSERGLOB EG 62 priming emulsion or ANSERGLOB EG 63 BETON KONTAKT primer.
Prepared mortar should be spread by tile trowel, spatula or float on cladding surface. After applied mortar is combed by notch trowel or spatula with the U-shaped notches or square notches, which form equal combs of the same altitude on applied surface. Depending on thickness and dimensions of cladding tiles notch size of trowel is selected (for example, for tile size 60x60 cm trowels with the square notch size 12 mm and more are used). When performing external cladding, it is also necessary to apply an adhesive about 1 mm thick on the reverse side of the tiles to achieve full contact between the tile and the base. Tiles are prohibited to wet preliminary! The tile is laid alternately on a surface covered with an adhesive and evenly pressed. The tile can be moved during 15 min from the moment of installation if required. Thickness of adhesive layer between tile and substrate must be minimally 2 mm to show its full curing. Joint width between tiles must be not less than 2 mm. Filling tile joint should be carried out not earlier than in 24 hours after cladding.
Average consumption of the mixture is 1,3 kg per m2 on 1 mm of layer.
Dry mixture must be poured into container with clear water according to ratio 0,22-0,26 liters of water per 1 kg of mixture (5,5-6,5 liters of water per 1 bag of 25 kg) when at the same time manually or mechanically mixed (by the drill on low revs) to obtain the kindred and elastic mass. After exposing 5 min mortar must be mixed again and used during 2 hours.
