Adhesive mortar ANSERGLOB BCX 45 PRO highly elastic is intended for interior and exterior cladding on surfaces subjected to deformation (atmospheric or temperature influences, dynamic loads, etc.) with tiles up to 1.3 m × 1.3 m made of natural (except marble), artificial and cast stone, as well as concrete, ceramic, and opaque glass tiles, etc. The adhesive mortar may be used for cladding of swimming pools and tanks, monolithic floors, plinths, operated roofs, terraces, balconies made of concrete (minimum age 3 months, moisture ≤ 4 %), brick, cement-sand, cement-lime (minimum age 3 months, moisture ≤ 4 %), gypsum plasterboards (GKL), gypsum (moisture ≤ 1 %), stone, asbestos-cement (moisture ≤ 4 %) and other mineral substrates, as well as chipboard (DSP) and OSB with a thickness of not less than 22 mm. It is especially recommended for use with water-heated and electric-heated underfloor heating systems. The adhesive mortar can also be used for fixing thermal insulation boards made of polystyrene foam, polyurethane, mineral wool, and foam glass. The adhesive mortar is effective for cladding surfaces without removing old tiles ("tile-on-tile" method) as well as over surfaces coated with oil-based paints and enamels, provided they have sufficient adhesion to the substrate. It is not suitable for use on metal, polymer or wooden substrates. It may be used for cladding stoves and fireplaces, provided the surface temperature does not exceed +80°C.

Substrate preparation is carried out according to DSTU-N B A.3.1-23:2013 and DSTU-N B V.2.6-212:2016. The substrate must be sufficiently strong, cleaned of dust, dirt, lime, oils, grease, wax, oil-based or emulsion paints. Remove unsound sections of the substrate. Surface irregularities up to 10 mm should be leveled with adhesive mortar ANSERGLOB BCX 45 PRO highly elastic. Larger wall irregularities should be leveled with ANSERGLOB BCT 20 plaster mortar, larger floors irregularities with ANSERGLOB LFS 69 or ANSERGLOB LFS 70 cement screed. Highly absorbent substrates must be treated with one of the ANSERGLOB deep penetration primers before work and allowed to cure for 4 hours. Low-absorbent substrates, as well as substrates for "tile-on-tile" cladding, should be treated with ANSERGLOB EG 62 or ANSERGLOB EG 63 BETON KONTAKT primer and allowed to cure for 3–6 hours. Chipboard (DSP) and OSB substrates must be mechanically cleaned and then also treated with ANSERGLOB EG 62 or ANSERGLOB EG 63 BETON KONTAKT primer. Oil-paint and polymer-paint coatings with sufficient adhesion to the substrate must be mechanically roughened and then primed with ANSERGLOB EG 62 or ANSERGLOB EG 63 BETON KONTAKT.

Prepared mortar should be spread by tile trowel, spatula or float on cladding surface. After applied mortar is combed by notch trowel or spatula with the U-shaped notches or square notches, which form equal combs of the same altitude on applied surface. Depending on thickness and dimensions of cladding tiles notch size of trowel is selected (for example, for tile size 60x60 cm trowels with the square notch size 12 mm and more are used). When performing external cladding, it is also necessary to apply an adhesive about 1 mm thick on the reverse side of the tiles to achieve full contact between the tile and the base. Tiles are prohibited to wet preliminary! The tile is laid alternately on a surface covered with an adhesive and evenly pressedThe tile can be moved during 15 min from the moment of installation if required. Thickness of adhesive layer between tile and substrate must be minimally 2 mm to show its full curing. Joint width between tiles must be not less than 2 mm. Filling  tile joint should be carried out not earlier than in 24 hours after cladding.

Average consumption of the mixture is 1,3 kg per m2 on 1 mm of layer.
Dry mixture must be poured into container with clear water according to ratio 0,24 - 0,27 liters of water per 1 kg of mixture (6,0 - 6,75 liters of water per 1 bag of 25 kg) when at the same time manually or mechanically mixed (by the drill on low revs) to obtain the kindred and elastic mass. After exposing 5 min mortar must be mixed again and used during 2 hours.
