Masonry mortar for bricklaying of cellular concrete and porous ceramics ANSERGLOB ВСМ 11 is used for construction of interior and exterior walls by the blocks of porous ceramics and insulating cellular concrete, such as autoclaved aerated concrete, foam concrete, gas silicate, etc. Due to high adhesion to the substrate it provides a monolithic, high strength and rigidity of the constructed elements. The containing in a mixture of thermal insulation fillers prevents the formation of cold bridges.

The surface preparation is realized according to State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU N B A.3.1-23:2013) and State Building Codes of Ukraine (DBN В.2.6-162:2010 and DBN В.2.6-22-2001). The surface must be dry and structurally sound without visible destructions. Before applying it is required to clean up the blocks from the dust, dirt and other substances, that hind the masonry mortar adhesion to it, remove fragile areas.

Masonry mortar is applied with the bricklayer's trowel stainless spatula evenly on the contacting surface and leveled by notch trowel (notch size 4-10 mm). Recommended thickness of working joint is from 2 mm to 5 mm. Blocks are installed on the spread mortar, their position is corrected with the rubber hammer during 5 min after laying. Curing time of the mixture depends on origin of the substrate, temperature and humidity of air and is 24 hours as minimum.

NOTE

If the bag is marked WINTER, the mortar is used at a temperature more then 0 °C. During the period of gaining strength of the mortar, it is allowed to reduce the ambient temperature to -5 ° C. The base for the mortar should not be frozen. All the above recommendations are effective at a relative humidity of 60%. In other conditions, the time of peeling, setting and curing may change. When performing works, the facade must be protected from high humidity (rain, fog, snow).

The work should be performed at a temperature of + 5⁰С to + 30⁰C. All the above recommendations are effective at a temperature of + 20⁰C and a relative humidity of 60%. Consumption of the mixture is 1,2-1,3 kg per m2 on 1 mm of permanent layer.

Dry mixture must be poured into container with clear water according to ratio 0,19-0,22 liters of water per 1 kg of mixture (4,75-5,5 liters of water per 1 bag of 25 kg) when at the same time manually or mechanically mixed (by the drill on low revs) to obtain the kindred and elastic mass. After exposing 5 min mortar must be mixed again and used during 2 hours.
