Professional foam adhesive ANSERGLOB 60 seconds is used for quick fastening (setting begins 60 seconds after application) of insulation boards and panels (EPS, XPS, MW, PIR, PUR, cork, etc.) on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Foam adhesive has excellent adhesion to almost all building materials, structures made of concrete, aerated concrete, plaster, brick, metal, wood, glass, PVC, etc. Foam adhesive is also used for installing plasterboard, fiber cement panels, ceramic tiles and natural stone. It is used for connecting building and insulation structures with decorative elements made of wood, plastic, etc. Professional foam adhesive ANSERGLOB PRO 60 seconds is used indoors and outdoors.
Preparation of the basis is carried out according to DSTU - N B A.3.1-23: 2013. The base must be dry and strong, free from dust, dirt, grease, oil or emulsion paints. The surface must be tested for adhesive properties before applying the foam. In some cases, if the surface has hydrophobic properties, it needs to be mechanically roughened to improve adhesion. In addition, it is necessary to protect surfaces that may accidentally get foam. The surface must be moistened before applying the adhesive foam.
The foam adhesive must be applied using a mounting gun. To do this, place the can with the valve facing up and screw the gun to it. After securing the can, shake it thoroughly and place it upside down. The application to the thermal insulation board is carried out in strips of 2-3 cm. After application, wait 1 minute and connect the glued elements together, but no later than 2 minutes. The amount of foam output is regulated using the gun hook. Adjustment of the glued elements is possible within 3 minutes after application. In the case of gluing large surfaces (for example, gypsum plasterboard), the foam adhesive must cover at least 5% of the surface. To remove fresh, uncured foam adhesive, as well as to clean the tool, a special cleaner must be used. After the foam adhesive has hardened, it must be protected from UV radiation.
