Professional mounting foam ANSERGLOB PRO 65 is designed for installation of construction products, materials, structures, etc., as well as for the installation of window and door units. It is used for sealing joints, holes, cracks, joints of building, insulating, roofing structures, etc .. Foam has high adhesion to most building materials (wood, brick, concrete, plaster, metals, foam, mineral wool, rigid PVC , polyurethane foam, etc.) with the exception of silicone surfaces, polyethylene, polypropylene and Teflon. Frozen foam has good heat and sound insulation properties. ANSERGLOB PRO 65 has an increased foam output.
Preparation of the base is carried out in accordance with DSTU - N B A.3.1-23: 2013. The base must be dry and durable, free from dust, dirt, grease, oil or emulsion paints. Moisten the surface before applying the foam. In addition, it is necessary to protect surfaces that can accidentally be exposed to foam.
The foam must be applied with a mounting gun. To do this, place the cylinder valve up and fasten the gun to it. After fixing the cylinder, it should be carefully shaken and placed upside down on the mountain. After that, you can apply foam to the seam of the structure. The amount of foam output is regulated by a pistol hook. There is no need to fill the seam completely because the foam will increase in size. In the case of filling vertical holes, you need to start from the bottom and gradually move up. The seam to be filled should be no more than 3 cm. If the holes are more than 3 cm, the filling should be performed in layers, while the frozen foam of the first layer should be moistened. To remove fresh, uncured foam, as well as to clean the tool, you must use a special cleaner. After the foam hardens, it must be protected from UV radiation with plaster, putty or ANSERGLOB paint. The open balloon should be used within a week.
Foam output - up to 65 liters (depending on temperature and humidity).
