Пена монтажная ANSERGLOB PU FOAM предназначена для монтажа строительных изделий, материалов, конструкций и т.п., а также для установки оконных и дверных блоков. Применяется для герметизации стыков, отверстий, щелей, соединений строительных, изоляционных, кровельных конструкций и т. д.. Пена имеет высокую адгезию к большинству строительных материалов (дерева, кирпича, бетона, штукатурки, металлов, пенопласта, минеральной ваты, твердого ПВХ, пенополиуретана и т. д.), за исключением силиконовых поверхностей, полиэтилена, полипропилена и тефлона. Застывшая пена обладает хорошими тепло - и звукоизоляционными свойствами.
Preparation of the basis is carried out according to DSTU - N B A.3.1-23: 2013. The base must be dry and strong, free from dust, dirt, grease, oil or emulsion paints. The surface must be moistened before applying the foam. In addition, it is necessary to protect surfaces that may accidentally get foam.
The foam must be applied using a tube - an applicator, which is attached to the foam. For this purpose it is necessary to place a cylinder with the valve upwards and to fasten to it a tube - the applicator. After fixing the tube, the balloon should be carefully shaken and placed upside down. Subsequently, the foam is applied to the seam of the structure. The amount of foam output is controlled by pressing the valve. There is no need to fill the seam completely because the foam will increase in size. In the case of filling vertical holes, you need to start from the bottom and gradually move up. The seam to be filled should be no more than 3 cm. If the holes are more than 3 cm, the filling should be performed in layers, while the frozen foam of the first layer should be moistened. To remove fresh, uncured foam, as well as to clean the tool, you must use a special cleaner. After the foam hardens, it must be protected from UV radiation with plaster, putty or ANSERGLOB paint. It is recommended to use the cylinder at once because the solidification of the foam in the tube - applicator makes it impossible to reuse the foam.
Foam yield - up to 42 liters (depending on temperature and humidity).
